Procurement

Fabrication

Our 33,000-square-foot fabrication shop and 30-acre site support fabrication of structural steel, carbon steel and alloy pipe spools, as well as ASME-coded vessels (U&R stamps).

What We Do

We are a multi-market capability and execution partner, delivering complex projects safely and efficiently.

NGL RECOVERY

Each plant design is chosen to meet the specific requirements of the client, from high ethane and / or high propane recovery to hydrocarbon dew point control.

TREATING

OPD offers custom solutions to all gas and liquid treating problems, including removal of CO2, H2S, mercury, sulfur compounds, oxygen, nitrogen, BS&W and other contaminants.

DEHYDRATION

OPD offers a wide range of applications to meet gas and liquid dehydration requirements, including mol sieve, TEG and silica gel.

HEAT MEDIUM/STEAM

OPD designs and constructs both steam and heat medium systems utilizing various heat transfer fluids. These systems are designed based on specific needs of the process.

WASTE HEAT RECOVERY

OPD designs, constructs and installs waste heat recovery systems for both gas turbines and reciprocating gas engines.

FRACTIONATION

OPD solves all your NGL fractionation needs, from new facilities to debottlenecking of older units. Designs vary from one tower to multiple towers as required.

STABILIZATION

OPD offers complete process design and construction of block-mounted or skid-mounted stabilization systems to produce Y-grade and/or RVP condensate products.

COMPRESSION

OPD provides complete system design and installation for our clients’ gas and refrigeration compression requirements.

REFRIGERATION

OPD has years of experience using propane refrigerant in the process design, mechanical design and construction of dew point control plants, straight refrigeration plants, refrigerated JT plants and cryogenic plants.

OPD has installed reciprocating compression, centrifugal and oil-flooded screw compression for propane refrigeration systems and has the experience and knowledge to employ other refrigerants as required.

PROPRIETARY

OPD can develop plant designs using proprietary processes for NGL recovery. OPD also has working relationships with major licensors for other gas and petrochemical processes.
