Texas Gulf Coast

OPD is providing integrated EPC services for a series of large-scale NGL fractionation units built around a new custom four-tower fractionation design. The facilities are engineered to increase capacity beyond traditional nameplate limits while maintaining operational flexibility and long-term expandability.

The initial train was completed following a condensed construction schedule and achieved mechanical completion ahead of plan. The overall site layout, utilities, and shared services were intentionally designed to support additional fractionation trains, enabling efficient expansion without disruption to ongoing operations.
