Project Details
OPD provided engineering, design, procurement and construction of a grassroots, custom-designed, nominal 300 MMSCFD rich gas cryogenic facility in West Texas. The scope included full design and EPC services for everything from concept to startup and from fence-to-fence.
- Custom-design developed with end-user to become ongoing internal plant standard
- OPD modularized 300 MMSCFD cryo plant w/ refrigeration
- ~11 MBPD NGL stabilizer
- Amine inlet treating designed for 5% CO2 (2100 GPM amine regeneration)
- Turbine-driven centrifugal residue compression (Titan 250) with waste heat recovery (2 x 100%) "
