Project Details
OPD provided engineering, design, procurement and construction of a grassroots, custom designed nominal 1.1 BSCFD rich gas cryogenic facility in West Texas. The scope included full design and EPC services for everything from concept to startup and from fence to fence.
- 1.3 million man-hours from start to finish
- OPD modularized 3 x 330 MMSCFD cryo plants w/ refrigeration
- ~42 MBPD modularized stabilizers with truck loading and NGL blending
- Custom design developed with end-user to become ongoing internal plant standard.
- Amine inlet treating (3 x 1500 GPM)
- Turbine-driven centrifugal residue compression
